Julie Zheng, PT, DPT

Julie specializes in orthopedic physical therapy and has her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. She first learned of physical therapy at the young age of 10 when her dad underwent surgery for a hip fracture and required PT for his recovery process. “It was the first time seeing my dad so vulnerable. He could barely walk on his own. It was amazing to see that after a couple days of working with the therapist, he was able to return home. This piqued my interest in PT.” Julie was fascinated to learn about the human body and its capabilities. Her favorite thing about being a physical therapist is how rewarding it is and that she gets to witness and be a part of the patient’s journey to their normal life. You can find Julie hiking, trying new food places, or drinking boba or coffee when she isn’t at work.
